Calendar 2026 now available!

Frankfurt public transport yesterday, today and tomorrow

From work vehicles and curious detour on the light rail system to the Easter Bunny Express: the wall calendar from the "Historische Straßenbahn der Stadt Frankfurt am Main" (HSF) association highlights various facets of local transport history in the metropolis on the Main. The calendar for 12,- Euro can be purchased in the museum store.

The 14 motifs feature all drivable series of the light rail and almost all of the streetcars. The backgrounds of the pictures also bear witness to the changing times: while a modern T-car (built in 2023) is on the new line to Preungesheim, which opened in 2011, the former route of line 12 to Bergen can only be used by an O305 (built in 1979). Also Special lines such as the detour of the U4 on the C line last fall.

The first day of sales is next weekend at the Eckenheim depot on the occasion of the Day of the rail. From then on, the calendar can be purchased every third Saturday of the month from 1 to 5 p.m. in the HSF clubhouse (Eckenheim depot), other opening days for events can be found at here.

We would like to thank all contributors.
