Don't miss out! - Experience St. Nicholas on the streetcar

For 20 years now, the Saturday before the second Advent has been a Special day for young and old public transport fans in Frankfurt am Main and the surrounding area. The St. Nicholas Express of the „Historische Straßenbahn der Stadt Frankfurt am Main e. V.“ association is already a tradition and will of course take place again this year in 2025. On December 6 become Streetcars decorated for Christmas from a bygone age beautify Frankfurt's cityscape.

As every year, the highlight of the „Niko-Ex“ is the A visit from St. Nicholas himself on board the historic streetcars. In addition to the little surprise for all children, which is included in the price, opens the Museum store on tour exclusively for passengers, there is also a lot on offer for younger local transport fans. But even before December 6, there will be an opportunity to get to know the history of Frankfurt through its historic streetcars. On the coming November 22 invites the Museum store of the transport museum in the Eckenheim depot from 1 to 5 p.m. for browsing. And on November 9 takes place on the grounds of the Transport Museum There will also be an event in Schwanheim to mark the 120th anniversary of the local Wagenhalle.
